Private training/small group training is offered to players of all ages.

  • Player(s) will be assessed on the first session and a program will be made to best suit their strengths, weaknesses and areas needing further developing.
  • Increase player(s) ball control which is a very important aspect of the game.
  • Player(s) will gain confidence.
  • Accelerate player(s) ability to take the game to the next level.
  • Home exercises will be given to accelerate player(s) improvement.
  • Recommended once-twice per week for a minimum of 10 weeks.
